The X-WORKBOOK is 12 weeks of daily thought provoking exercises designed to help maintain the motivation and inspiration you experienced on event day.   Using proven techniques in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Relapse Prevention, with the X-WORKBOOK, you will find the strength to break through emotional eating, identifying the obstacles preventing you from losing weight.   The X-WORKBOOK will help you break the habits holding you back and develop a strategy for overcoming the barriers to healthy weight management.
