A super easy, clean breakfast I got from the cookbook "Delicious Detox"....and a great way to use up day old brown rice.

I adapted this from a Canadian Living recipe.  It has no added sugar or salt, and with the fruit and nuts, it's filling.  When the fruit is heated as in my suggestion (not original recipe) it's like having cobbler or pie.  My coworkers are always envious of my breakfast.

This stir-fry has no sodium and very little fat.  I tried to keep it as lean as possible, with lots of protein and veggies.

This is a quick and easy chicken dish that was given to me by an italian friend I knows, that is why it is called italian chicken.  It is very tasty and low in calorie content.

My mom has lost 220lbs in just a bit over 2 years. This is her soup recipe she eats every day for lunch. I love it!

A heathly breakfast that'll make you full until lunch. High in fibre and taste.
