A super easy, clean breakfast I got from the cookbook "Delicious Detox"....and a great way to use up day old brown rice.

I adapted this from a Canadian Living recipe.  It has no added sugar or salt, and with the fruit and nuts, it's filling.  When the fruit is heated as in my suggestion (not original recipe) it's like having cobbler or pie.  My coworkers are always envious of my breakfast.

A heathly breakfast that'll make you full until lunch. High in fibre and taste.

Cream of wheat is a breakfast favourite for many, but it isn't so healthy when you load it down with sugar. Here is a healthier, naturally sweetened alternative.

I know there are many people like me out there who are interested in getting rid of all that processed food and eating more naturally without sacrificing flavour. This oatmeal is a fantastic example of that. It's good for you, it's real, and it's delicious!

This is my favorite breakfast during the winter.  It is taken from Canadian Living Magazine.

I vary the fruit that I put in, anything dried or fresh works well.

You can toss it in the slow cooker on low overnight and it is ready in the morning!

This is what I eat for breakfast at least 5 times per week.  It's filling, naturally sweet and packed with fiber!

A twist to plain oatmeal without added calories

I realize this is a no-brainer snack, but sometimes when you're really hungry for a yummy snack, it's hard to think of good options.

I really like this one, because if I make it "pretty" I'm more likely to eat it.  Plus, I can share it with the kids!
