Purple Smoothie

Description

This is a wonderfully healthy, and yummy breakfast smoothie, perfect to start up your day and boost your metabolism. Weighing in at only 225 calories(roughly) you can have it as a snack or a meal to go if you wish.

Ingredients

1/4 cup greek yogurt

1 tbsp keifer

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp flax seed

1/2 lg banana

3-5 ice cubes (optional)

1/4 cup blueberries (this can be replaced with another berry, but blueberries are the healthiest and makes it purple)

I also added half a cup of tropical five alive this morning and it was great! Try to stick to healthy juices...

Instructions

stick it all in a blender until smooth, and bottoms up!
