Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

Oatmeal, water, 1/3 Tbsp stone ground green tea, 1 Tbsp flax meal, 12 natural ground almonds, 1/4 cup 2% milk

Note: great place to get stone ground green tea is The Red Teapot in Cambridge Ontario.

Instructions

Starting with a serving of oatmeal (no sugar or salt added), I stir in green tea powder, flax seed meal and ground almonds for a wonderful morning starter. If I work out before breakfast I add in some protein.
