Jo-Anne's Raw Salsa

Description

The best nutritious raw salsa I know.

Ingredients

8-10 roma tomatoes (Cut into small pieces) 

1 clove garlic (minced) can use more if you wish

1 English cucumber (diced)

1 bunch cilantro (chopped)

1 red onion (chopped or diced) 

1-2 Jalapeno peppers (remove seeds and finely chop)

1 each red, orange, yellow and green pepper (diced)

1 lime (squeeze and add the juice)

Instructions

This is the basic recipe that I use.  You can put more or less of each ingredient in as you wish.  It produces better salsa if you chop everything with a knife instead of a food processor (although food processor is quicker).  I also add three cloves of garlic and the juice of two limes but do what tastes good to you.   Keep in a glass or metal bowl in the fridge.  Enjoy!
