Grilled Salmon Meal

a light & easy Salmon meal

Ingredients

1st part

1 portion of salmon

1 tsp lemon or lime juice

1/4 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp sea salt

1 clove pressed garlic

 

2nd part

1 C spinach

1/2 tsp lime juice

a dash of pepper

a dash of sea salt

a dash of crushed red pepper

Instructions

Put the salt, pepper, lemon juice, & garlic in a sandwich size plastic bag

marinate the salmon for at least an hour.

the turn your BBQ grill on low. (can be baked)

cook about 8 minutes 1 side then flip (only once)

 

the steam the spinach & then put the lime juice, pepper, salt, crushed pepper on it. (can be boiled)
