Description
This is an easy, simple and healthy pasta recipe. You can add your favorite vegetables to this recipe.
Ingredients
Pasta: 1 cup cooked (penne)
Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
Parmesan or asiago cheese: 1-2 tbsp
Broccoli: 1/4 cup, boiled or steamed
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with some salt.
2. Drain it, add olive oil, toss it.
3. Add the cooked broccoli and cheese, toss again. Season and enjoy!
