Banana Mango Smoothie
Description
A yummy and healthy smoothie.
Ingredients
2 frozen, ripe bananas
1 mango, peeled and sliced
1 cup orange juice
1 cup low fat or fat free vanilla yogurt (soy yogurt works fine too)
Instructions
Cut banana into chunks. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, thin with a little more orange juice. Pour into 4 glasses.
Tip: Freeze over-ripe bananas, or other near bad fruit that might otherwise get tossed. Peel the bananas and put them in to a plastic bag to make them easier to manage frozen. These make a terrific base for a smoothie any time.
