Description
This chicken salad is packed with protein, but offers up a variety when it comes to munching on yet another salad. This recipe is enough for 2 people.
Ingredients
Romaine lettuce, chopped or peeled carrots, 1/4 cup Almonds, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 green pepper, 1 cup sweet dried pea pods, Cabbage, 2 chicken breasts with no skin and no bones.
Instructions
Add all the ingredients except for the chicken. Grill chicken adding any spices you desire ( lemon pepper or italian work good), once cooked, cut meat in strips and add onto salad.
