Good for you Debbi! A half-marathon - that is amazing!!!
I am doing my first official 5k at the end of this month - I am so excited! It's a women's marathon and they have sexy firefighters at the water stations - that should help!
As for the fat girl mentality - get that outta your head! You look amazing, you must be feeling amazing - and you are amazing! So get out there and kick some butt!

Okay, beginning week 18. This is it-- the final 'stretch'. Grrr. No more excuses for me, I have to run a half marathon in a few weeks.

yah. being a 'fat girl' in a skinny-er body is hard, hey? I mean, I have 'fat girl' mentality...'fat girl' tempations..'fat girl' self-image. It's a constant fight to beat that 'fat girl'. well, more accurately, I just want to beat that fat girl UP!

Hi Michelle - I clicked on my username - and it opens up my profile and there are 2 tabs under my name VIEW and EDIT - so I click edit and then it lets you upload a picture and type in your bio info....let me know if you have trouble finding it!

Hey soup turned out well but put canned tomatos in instead of zuchini. Struggling beginning of the week but better the last couple of days. Sorry to hear you were sick that is always frustrating when you are doing well because you can't excercise. Trying a gym tomorrow with a friend at 6:00am hoping to make it a regular time when we can go together to help keep me on track. Glad you lost another pound. Hope the rest of your week is great.
