hi today is my first day of loosing total of 50lbs.............i tried it before too but never able to achieve,bcus of lacking will power...................but really want to DO it this time.............as my husband loves me so much n is so supporting................and i m hurting him by not changing myself..............i really want to do this..............i am happy tht i joined this website and read so many inspiring comments.............feeling more comfortable,confident and motivated...........thanks everyone.......n cheers to all of us..............we all can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Corrina and I just joined the 50lb club.
I am very excited to bw doing this again as it has been a year of weight gain back. I had recently lost 125lbs to gain about 30 of it back over the last year. But it is time for a serious butt kick and would love to have a friend on line with me or anyone from cochrane,ab area as a workout buddy would be wonderful. I started July 4th. I've decided to only weigh myself once a month (I tend to obsess over the scale), but I've noticed changes in my body. I'm also in control of my eating, which feels great!
