Where are they Now?:

Since filming finished, Piper says that she is feeling great and has pretty much maintained the weight-loss from her X-Weighted journey (she lost a awe-inspiring 28 pounds while participating in the show). “I did gain a little bit back after the show finished filming. I’m back on track and I’m trying to lose the rest of my weight now,” she says.

Piper says that after her X-Weighted experience, her confidence just grew and grew. “I feel really good about myself, and my self-confidence is great, I feel so much better about myself and I know that I can do things no matter what size I am,” she says, “I’m never going to let my weight get in my way again. Though of course I would prefer to be a smaller version of myself.”

During the show, Piper says that she learned lots about healthy eating and what it takes to be healthy, but says that she knows that her weight is likely to be a constant battle her whole life through.

She did benefit from doing the show, and says that all her friends were really happy for her that she was losing weight and feeling better about herself. “They were really supportive of my doing X-Weighted,” she says.

Scottish dancing is still Piper’s passion but she has developed a love of, and talent for, drama. “I hope to continue with that when I leave school, I want to pursue that. I’m looking forward to being in the next play that we do in school,” she says. On the whole, Piper says that life is going really good and she is really happy with who she is.
