no matter what the weather is like outside just dress for the outdoors you'd be surprised how quikly you get warm and if its raining no worries remember its only water it will dry, I walk every night for 1 hour and I take the dog its feels great, relaxes the mind and you will feel good afterward. Drag a friend along I do, talking and walking really passes the time give it a try.

I am new and looking for weight loss buddies! Please add me. I would love any advice and support that people have and will offer the same! I am 202 lbs, my heaviest, and my gut is the worst part!
I just did some healthy grocery shopping tonight and I'm ready to kick tomorrow in the butt with some aerobics! I also like using the Wii fit. I really would like to do more walking too, it is just crummy weather right now.
anyone else?

Great way to think as food is habit forming like alcohol and should be treated the same way. One day at a time wins the race. Remember weight doesn't come off where we would like it too but it will come off.

Sounds like you need baby steps to work into these workouts. Try doing only some of the circut training and increase it weekly. The running try running for a few minutes walking a few minutes and increase it every week. Rome was not built in a day. This might help! You probably don't need to start at the beginning but find out where you are and work towards the 5K. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml
Hope this helps. Just keep moving and you will get there.

I think that one day at a time is what I`m gonna do! So far so good but I know there will be harder days and I take it one step at a time to lose my horrible gut! It is always in the way!!!!

I find that cardio is the #1 fight against the belly fat. Of all things exercise I hate cardio the most. Alas...I have a treadmill sitting to the right of me that I simply.cannot.ignore. :)
