I like it. I'm doing it everyday and I really feel amazing, healthy and vibrant. I really hope I can do it even 7 days a week. Will buy a new shoes so been looking for the Asics Gel Lyte review.

Thank you for your feedback, I agree weight workout is important. I joined an aerobic class at work that includes a bit of exercices with weights in the routine. However, I don't go as often as I would like because of knees issues and also, because I find it hard to look at my self in the big mirror they have in the class! I might not be facing up entirely to the challenge ahead of me yet, but I'm working on it!

Today is day one for me. I took part in an aerobic step class. Tomorrow is Power Yoga.

Cardio is awesome for losing weight and getting back into shape! We have to remember to also add a weight workout in there at least once a week to improve muscles as well right? More muscle, longer/more intense cardio sessions then more weight loss ;)
