Stairway to Health - Kristi
Working as a patrol supervisor overseeing work crews, means that Kristi is surrounded by men, who make cracks about her huge butt. That may sound mean, but then they’re just following her self-deprecating lead. She lives a solitary life in a small town. In truth Kristi wants so much more than this, but feels like her weight situation is spiraling out of control.
Kristi has many vices that contribute to her excess weight, but alcohol consumption is probably the biggest. Whether it’s out with the girls, or sitting home alone, drinking beers and eating junk food, Kristi puts a lot of bad stuff in her body.
As she approaches 30, and as her sister’s wedding looms, Kristi is determined to change her life, her weight and hopefully meet a man. She sets herself the goal of climbing the 1776 stairs of one of the world’s tallest buildings, which is never going to happen unless she gets seriously fit. Trouble is, she’ll need to stop drinking first.
