I Don't Wanna be Fat and Fifty - Jill
Jill has worked hard to be successful in the fashion sales industry, but long hours and copious amounts of travel means that she rarely has time to exercise or eat healthily. As part of her job, Jill often entertains clients at restaurants and enjoys fabulous rich meals. Or else she skips meals altogether throughout the day, only to end up devouring drive-through in her car while on route to yet more meetings.
This hectic lifestyle has resulted in Jill’s weight creeping up and up, and it’s been 20 years since she did any real exercise. Jill says that she is “fed up of being chubby” and is motivated by not wanting to be fat and 50. Also, a good friend died of a heart attack recently and, as an overweight smoker, Jill is terrified of going down the same path.
She really doesn’t know how she can change her habits but is desperate to do so. She can’t change her relentless schedule of traveling for 100 days out of every year, but Jill knows that she has to make it work better for her if she’s going to lose weight and improve her health.
