The 1st Grand Prize
The winner of the 1st Grand Prize is in for a real treat. You and a friend will get to spend the weekend with Paul Plakas at his 3rd Annual Fitness Weekend in Canmore, Alberta.
Travel Alberta and Tourism Canmore have teamed up to provide flights and car rental for the lucky winner and their friend, and Paul Plakas is providing the weekend of your fit life!

The 2nd Grand Prize
The winner of the 2nd Grand Prize will get to have their very own X-Weighted reveal experience! They will fly to Toronto to have a makeover weekend with Fred Connors, sponsored by FRED.beauty: Consulting Service of Fred Connors.
Also included with this prize is airfare for 1 from anywhere in Canada valued at $1000. This is thanks to our sponsor Tourism Toronto.
This lucky winner will stay in the lap of luxury at the Fairmont Royal York, Toronto's landmark hotel. The Royal York is providing the winner with 2 nights accommodation in a Fairmont Deluxe Guestroom valued at $700. This is a beautiful hotel, and staying there will be a real treat!
The CN Tower: is treating the lucky winner to a delicious dinner at 360 (the restaurant at the very top of the CN Tower) for themselves and Fred Connors, plus access to our Sky Pod observation level (after dinner) and a tour of 360's award winning wine cellar, the highest in the world. This part of the prize alone is valued at $200.

the prize i really wanted was the paul plakas weekend ... but i got a better prize ... lost some weight and became a runner - yes like 1/2 marathon finisher!! and am on my way to becoming a real cyclist!! like a real hard core for real cyclist!!

Pushing it to the limit... I joined to loose weighy too. The prizes are a bonus, reward for those who really poored their all. It has been a long but fun adventure and it will continue beyond this challenge.
