The Grand Prize Lowdown: What You'll get if You Win the 2nd Grand Prize!

We asked Fred Connors to talk about the 2^nd Grand Prize, that will take one lucky participant on a deluxe trip with Fred to Toronto….

On the show, the final reveal is what some of the X-Weighted participants look forward to the most. Everybody knows that they can lose weight if they really try, but not everybody feels that they can look beautiful.

When you take that person and give them the royal treatment, they start to feel truly beautiful. This new person emerges, and it's not just this person that is 60 pounds lighter, it is someone that feels like they have accomplished something. That person honestly believes that they are beautiful after probably not feeling that for a very long time. It's a very emotional and powerful experience. I am always really excited to be part of that experience with the participants. It is always the high point of the journey for me.

The lucky winner is going to be treated to that X-Weighted revealed experience and it will be a total transformation. It's amazing what the right outfit, fantastic hairdo and a little bit of lip-gloss can do to really transform people.

We will be shopping in Toronto! I will be doing everything from buying their undergarments to their outfits to their accessories and I will also be providing them with all the cosmetics that will be using from my cosmetic line FRED. beauty.

Shopping with me will be an education, because typically people rely on their go to favorites when shopping or getting dressed, the things that hide their body the most, colors that they are most comfortable with etc. Often, people that are struggling with their weight like to wear clothing that makes them feel like they disappear, so all of a sudden having to think about wearing clothing that gets you positive attention requires a bit of a reeducation.

A lot of people have never learned to properly dress their bodies so that their assets are featured properly. I put show participants in clothing that they would never in one million years pickup themselves.

I pick up articles of clothing off a rack and I hold them up and they say, “Oh my gosh there is no way I could wear that, it is too small!” Then they go into the changing room and put it on, and they are shocked to see that it fits. People that have lost weight are often so used to wearing clothing that they see as really big and ugly that's when they see something small and pretty that might look good on them, they can't even imagine wearing it.
