Question of the Week
May 23, 2010
Every Sunday, we'll be asking you a question about one aspect of your journey. We hope that when answering this question (by replying to the blog post) not only will it get you thinking, but your answers may provide inspiration for other challenge participants.
Today we'd like to ask....
What am I afraid of when it comes to participating in sports?

I have always loved sports,
I have always loved sports, and have injured my self afew times, I think I am afraid of appearing foolish for trying to do something I did well in when I was a wee bit younger. So I think the trick for me is to find something that isn't going to jare my joints all to bits, but still have the comradiere of the team sports that I used to play. Could be tricky, but am willing to give it a go. With knocking off some of my weight it feels like I have more energy to play some of my favorite sports, without falling face first into the playing field.
I'm Not Afraid of Anything Anymore!
Do I look foolish? I don't really care! I know I'm not a naturally athletic person, I was never enrolled in any sports as a child, but I sure do have fun playing them! This is sports season too. This Saturday I'm playing baseball in a tournament with all of my cousins and our friends. Two weeks after that is a volleyball tournament. Do I actually play any of these sports? No...but I'm sure going to have fun!
nope not afraid of anything
nope not afraid of anything lol challenge me up and i will try it . if i cant do it becouse of the knee replacements then at least i can say i tried and move on to something else :0)
I think this question might
I think this question might apply to younger people in the challenge! I do participate in curling but my days of playing soft ball are gone I am way to slow to catch in the outfield or to run to bases! Walking is okay but jogging is out as my knees have ostioarthritis in them and I get shin splints if I run. So exercise is okay but sports maybe not okay!!
