How does one deal with stress incontinence and exercise? I'm trying to get back into running but I'm having a hard time because of my issue. I can't seem to do any jumping either.
You really need to work your pelvic floor muscles, your core muscles and do your kegel exercises (which are worked by squeezing all your muscles that stop you from urinating). Those are all areas that are worked on in Pilates, so taking a few classes might be a good thing for you to try.

I'm calorie counting including the calories burned, what is the minimum number of calories I can eat per day before starving my body.
Women should never eat less than 1500 calories a day, and if they are trying to lose weight they should try to expend 500 calories a day (this can be done by taking approximately 10,000 steps or walking 5 miles.)
If you want more weight loss, don't eat less than 1500 calories as it will effect your metabolism. Instead of cutting more calories, you need to get more exercise into your life by either increasing the exercise duration or intensity.

I'm using another weight-loss program and they tell me that because of my current weight I need to eat a minimum of 2200 calories a day. What do you think about this?
The only reason that you need to eat more calories because you are bigger, is if you are trying to maintain that size. You need to really clean and if you do so, you should be able to give your body enough fuel by eating 1500 calories a day of healthy food.
You really don't need to eat more than 1500 calories. By eating properly and ingesting lots of fibrous foods, you should be able to keep hunger at bay all day on those 1500 calories.

wii Fit
Hi I have been working on the week fit at home because I dont really have the money to go to the gym. Just wondering if you think the wii fit is a good form of exercise. And if so how long should I do it each day

Do any of the exercises seem like they are too hard for the beginning levels? There was one that was an advanced pilates exercise that done wrong could cause a lot of problems. It is when you lie on the ground and lift both your legs and your arms into a V. Good luck with the wii.

Check that you are recording everything you eat accurately. Increase the intensity of what you are doing. Drink lots of water.

Hi, I noticed over the past week or so I tend to walk with an arch to the front, my body leans forward and Ican't seem to keep it straight. Any reason for that?
Clean foods cook book
Great to know that we can have answers to our questions. I looked at the «Clean Food» book and the recipes seem to be more for vegetarians so instead I purchased the «Eat Clean Recipes» book by Tosca Reno.
Have you heard of this book? Seems to me that the ingredients and recipes are simple and very nutritious. However some shakes require a protein mix. In keeping with clean foods, do you have any suggestions as to how I can substitute this mix?
