Slow Cooker
I find being prepared for meals is the way to go, plan on sundays your meals for the week this way you know what your doing when you get home from work (if your a working parent). Myself when I know I'm going to the gym to workout, I plan the night before a slowcooker meal have it all ready to go and have it going the next day. After work I head right to the gym and then when you come home you don't have to worry about cooking then eating really late into the night. You come home eat you have had your workout and you feel spectacular.
