We just wanted to remind you all to weigh-in this week!
I haven't weighed in since I
I haven't weighed in since I signed up on January 11 or 12. I planned on weighing myself on February 1. My goal was to lose 10 lbs by Feb 1. I'm scared because I don't feel any changes in how my clothes fit. I have worked out every day but I did take one day off since Jan 11. I do feel much better though. I hope that I don't get too disappointed next week.
weigh in
Well I weighed myself yesterday and I think the scale I'm using is out of whack, or maybe it is me who is out of whack, lol, I thought I would see if it gave me the same weight if I stepped on it once then 10 min later, well it was about a lb. off ( heavier ) the second time.
So I didn't do so well again this week, I lost but not much, I have been exercising lots but I have to get into measuring my food, I don't know why this is such a chore for me, oh well I'm going to keep plugging along, May's not that far off and when I go for my appt. in Halifax I hope for good results. No surgery!!!!!! Have a great day everyone!
how do I enter my weight?
I can't seem to find the place to enter my weight this week, can someone help please !!!!!!
Never mind I found it, thanks anyway. Good luck all.
Slow Start
Had a slow start the first week - Dad was in the hospital so I wasn’t as focused as I should have been but there's always excess’s. I missed the weigh-in but overall my total weight loss is 8 pounds so I’m back on track.
Exciting to see the participation
It took a while of searching but I found a group from my hometown of Truro, NS. I am down 2lbs this week, which is exciting, because I have been on a plateau for more than 8 weeks. I have been exercising in the range of 7 hours each week, usually an hour class each am, five days a week and 10-15 minutes on bike or treadmill first. It feels really good and I trust, with it being almost daily for me, that it will become routine and a permanent part of my lifestyle change.
Weighed in, but..
I was wondering if there is any way to get access to the screen that appeared after the weigh-in, or is that tip only available once after you enter your weight?
If you look....
.... next to where it says Welcome to Week 2 in the yellow box on your My X-Weighted page, you should see the word "show" written in black. Click on that and you should be able to see this weeks tips.
down 10
I think my scale might read different from their scale cause even though i worked my butt of this week 10lbs seems like alot lol.
Great job everyone!!!
congrats everyone!! I
congrats everyone!! I unfortunalty went up in the middle of the month after my initial weigh in---but I lost that 4.4 pounds...even though my profile will only show 1!! But still I'll take one!!
GOOD LUCK!
Hi
How do I enter the challenge?
You can't enter the challenge....
... as this had to be done over the weekend of the 9th and 10th of Jan, gut you can still start your own plan and use the XWeighted.com site to help you on your own fitness journey. The only difference is that you won't be eligible for the prizes.
...Last week I trained
...Last week I trained daily(ran/walked 5 miles 4 nights and yoga the rest), slept 8 hours a night (which for me was very rare because I have been working 18 hour days)...didn't eat anything after 7 and drank lots of water...
It paid off, I lost 8.5 pounds, I am not sure how that happened...I am scared to get on the scale Monday because I haven't worked out as much...only 2 runs in and one yoga session. I still have the weekend to kick butt...
I have read many posts and they encourage me to keep focused!
Thank you everyone and have a wonderful week!
That is fantastic!
Well done you!
Down 3 lbs
I weighed in late last week, so here it is a week later and I'm down 3 lbs.
I hit the gym hard all last week and ate really well but had a bad weekend. I ate a lot of crap and even had some drinks which I was suppose to swear off for January. So this week I hit it hard again and have been eating amazing and it's paying off. My goal is to workout all weekend too.
Let's see what next week brings.
Down 5!
I was down 5 on Sunday when I weighed in. I peeked today and I am down another 2.
Having a plan sure helps :)
Wow!
Fantastic!
Two Will Do!
I was down 2 lbs this first weigh-in. It's not as dramatic as some, but it's within my target range, so I'm pleased. I've added more exercise this week, and have been making sure I get more water, too. I'm hoping for a slightly larger loss this week, but if not, two will do! Congrats to everyone.
keeping my fingers and toes crossed...
To everyone...way to go!! I'll be weighing in tomorrow am. I've been away for work this week. I've exercised 4 days out of five...I can't wait to see.
3 is the lucky number
I am down 3 lbs as well seems like a lot of people are. I wonder what week 2 will bring?? I'm trying to only step on the scale once a week so I don't become obsessed...
Week 1
Is really god knows what week for me but it is certainly week 1 of a recommitment to the last few miles
I have been at WW for over 2 years, 136 pounds off and 30 - 50 to go. This is my "bootcamp" and I am not going to face Paul in 6 months with no change - he scares me LOL
Weigh in- pleasant surprise
I weighed in on my wii-fit (no scale at home). Of course I was reminded by someone on the blog a few days into the challenge and should have done a comparisson weigh at home on the first day. so according to the wii-fit Monday it showed a loss of 3.5 pounds. Today i was at the Y and was able to use the 'original weigh-in scale'. IT SHOWS A LOSS OF ALMOST 6 LBS!!!
I have been working out everday, makes me scared though, knowing i will need to work this hard for the rest of my life to maintain. i'm approching 46 yrs, and am told after 40, then after 50, weight management is even more difficult. Scary!!
Amazing!
well done you!
Broken scale
I can't get a reading on my scale it's says I am 20 pounds heavier then when I originally weighted in. I am sure that is not right considering I have doen the pantry plurge and have only been eating stamp of approval recipes and the right portion sizes. Plus working out. Husband say its weighing him in higher then he weighed at the gym today. I am so excited to find out what i weight. Guess I am just going to have to weight until the kids swimming lessons on saturday the change room has a scale there lol.
3 Down!!!
Well I didn't weigh-in on Sunday, I was too afraid, I was very worried that I wouldn't have lost anything, so monday i was feeling "light", so i gently step on the scale and I was so happy that I lost 3 pounds..only 55 more to go..haha. I know its crazy to be so happy for 3 pounds, but I am more proud of myself for stepping on the scale, before I did the weigh-in at the start of this - I think the last time i step on the scale was when i was pregnant 7 years ago...lol.
I know its a bad habit but I
I know its a bad habit but I weigh myself daily (at home, work, gym) and I find I fluctuate about 6 lbs!!!!!
Trying not to...
... I was down 4 pounds but weighed myself today and I'm up 2, but I've been soooo good. Hoping it is just water retention.
I was a little nervous about
I was a little nervous about doing that weigh-in, but I was pleasantly surprised to have lost 5 pounds in the first week. Even then, I still wasn't sure that I could believe the scale and had to check again that evening and the next morning.
Good Job
Thats awesome - keep up the good work.
Wow!
That is fantastic! Well done you!
I weighed in
No gain, no lost. But I have lost 9 lbs since last Nov. which is not counted as part of this challenge.
The challenge is about making
The challenge is about making life changes and seeing the results from those changes your 9 pounds definately counts!
I would if I could.. it's not
I would if I could.. it's not prompting me too.. I've contacted the webmaster about it but nothings happend
You'll be prompted every 7 days...
.... and since your plan started on the 15th, you'll be prompted to weigh-in on the 22nd.
