Here we are at the end of February and about to enter the 8th week of the Challenge! We are already a quarter of the way through. Are you doing good? Meeting your goals so far?

Whenever we are stressed out, we tend to lose focus on whatever we are working towards. We need to set time aside for ourselves for several reasons: Firstly, to think about what it is that you have accomplished and why it is that you are on whatever journey you're on in the first place.

Seeing how many participants are utilizing the Community Groups function of XWeighed.com is truly fantastic!

Because of this, we are hoping that next time we run the Challenge (fingers crossed that we'll be able to do it again next January) we intend to have increased group functionality and the ability to message your friends/ fellow group members directly.
