The National Challenge: Strength in Numbers - How Forming Groups Will Help You Succeed

Having a support network help you on a journey towards better health is essential. One of the great features of the National Challenge  X-Weighted site is the groups function. You can set up support groups that are geographically based, calling your group  "Halifax Hotties" or the "Sault Ste Marie Slimmers" for example, or ones that reflect your situation, such as "Moms on the Run" or "Guys with Guts", or any kind of group at all.

If you haven't already accepted our Facebook invitation, click here to do it (it's a fun way of seeing some of the folks that are planning to join the Challenge) and feel free to send the invite to your friends.

Fred Connors Says, "If You Want to get Divorced, go on X-Weighted!"
